In order to improve the quality assurance processes in teaching using new technologies, JSC "Zhezkazgan Baikonurov University" participates in the new project "KUTEL" within the framework of the Erasmus + program.

Budget: 1.000.000 euro

Project coordinator: Marconi University (Rome, Italy)

Priority: Modernization of policy, leadership and management of higher education institutions. Improving the management and functioning of higher education institutions. Quality assurance processes and mechanisms.

Target country: Kazakhstan

Goal: The project aims to improve the quality and relevance of technology-assisted learning (TeL) in Kazakhstani higher education institutions and its inclusion in the European Higher Education Area. The main goal of the project is to improve, develop and implement accreditation standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure the quality of TeL courses and curricula at the national level.

Specific goals:

Improve, develop and implement accreditation standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure the quality of advanced technology study programs in line with EU practice in Kazakhstani universities; Create a basis for improving the methodology for quality assurance of TEL and e-learning at the university level in Kazakhstani universities; Provide training to relevant members of higher education institutions and government agencies responsible for accrediting and evaluating TEL programs.
